Champion Charities' main fundraiser is our annual "Night at the Theatre," a family-oriented event that raises funds and awareness about our mission. After Harris Barton's parents died of brain tumors, he decided to hold an event in their honor and raise funds to combat this devastating disease. Because Joan and Paul Barton were lovers of the arts and of the theatre, it seemed natural to host an annual event around that passion. "A Night at the Theatre" was created! Over the past three years this high-profile event has featured the award-winning musicals The Lion King, Wicked and Jersey Boys.
