Champion Charities' main fundraiser is our annual "Night at the Theatre", a family-oriented event that raises funds and awareness about our mission. Drawing inspiration from Harris’ parents who were lovers of the arts and of the theatre, Champion has hosted this event in San Francisco since 2004 beginning with the Lion King. We have since expanded the event to cities around the country including Chicago, Seattle, and New York. In addition, Champion created "A Salute to the Titans" breakfast in 2006 to honor an individual(s) that has made a lasting impact in the worlds of business/sports and philanthropy. These legends truly define what being a "champion" is for all.
The 2012 Nights at the Theatre are just around the corner and will be taking place in San Francisco and New York City!
We go back to our roots with the return of the Lion King to San Francisco on Friday, November 2nd. And, for the first time ever, we will see Wicked on the New York stage on Thursday, November 15th!
